R & R Series with Don Chretien

FREE artist workshop happening next Saturday, December 9 at Digital Creator North in collaboration with the NRCC Project Space and Near North Mobile Media Lab! This workshop on digital image creation and design will be lead by Anishinaabe artist Donald Chretien. Don has taught for many years at the McMichael Gallery in Kleinburg. He will be working one-on-one with participating digital artists, focusing on drawing techniques for the screen, Photoshop collage techniques and design.

WWG and our friends at the Nipissing Region Curatorial Collective (NRCC) are co-producing a series of FREE artist workshops this fall! Reconnection & Resurgence aims to provide artists with tools to further professionalize their practices and to connect with wider audiences in a post-pandemic world. Don’t miss this first workshop in the series lead by artist and curator Dermot Wilson, focusing on project planning, grant writing, and digital galleries, happening Saturday, September 23, from 11 am to 3 pm at 176 Lakeshore Drive.
